This means that when you blame,complain, feel sorry for yourself or otherwise try to dismiss yourself as being responsible for what you are experiencing, then you are losing your expansion.
Expansion means more, contraction means less. Owning what you experience leads to expansion; dismissing it and framing it as something that happened to you makes you a victim, side-steps your opportunity to expand and likely attracts more of what you don’t want, since you turned the experience into something undesirable.
Simply put, stay blame, complain and sorry-free for 30 days. Shift your mindset to see opportunity and gifts coming your way!
