In my case, it wasn’t the holidays that put on some extra weight, but rather the fun I have had this fall… so, when I stepped on a scale during our winter holiday I was surprised! 10 pounds for sure, probably more like 15, have crept up on me. It’s probably the cheese I like to nibble on-
Instead of creating a new years resolution to lose weight, I started doing one of my favorite things: walking. We happened to be on vacation on the beach, so I just walked outside our hotel and walked for an hour each day. Then I got home and have continued to walk. I enjoy it greatly- it lifts my spirits. I walk with husband and daughter. I think it’s great for us all because it creates time away from devices for her and it gives us all time to spend together (and exercise).
In the flow, I had the beach to walk on right when I needed it to start a walking routine. I didn’t wait to make it or to start a new year’s resolution because resolutions and goals often set the bar high for ourselves. Yu don’t want something you’ll fail at or want to quit.
It is important to set yourself up in ways lend success. When you feel good about what you are doing and feel like you are doing it well then law of attraction brings you more good feelings and more success. It becomes easier to align yourself with the side of you that wants to, for example, feel good walking, lose weight and be healthy.
Using my own Golden Flow™ System, I’ll be flowing any resistance that comes up. This way I won’t start to avoid walking or feel lazy about it!
Here’s to attracting what you prefer, effortlessly!
