No, a hero sandwich is not a sandwich with a person in it!
A hero has the connotation of being like a superman, someone who is capable of doing more than is humanly possible. The problem is that this is unattainable. It doesn’t benefit you and it can do the opposite in the sense that it can make you feel ungifted or lacking in great talent. This can make us feel worse about ourselves, which we don’t want to do.
The traditional definition of a hero is someone you might admire who holds positive characteristics you might aspire to. Think about someone you can model yourself after, someone who has already figured things out and can show you the way just because they are already there. Like an apprentice working with a master, you can learn a lot from your hero when you allow yourself to tune in and tap into them.
By being receptive to your hero, or role model, you will tap yourself into their energy. You do this by learning from them, perhaps reading their book or blog, going to their classes or working with them. This lets you begin to tap into the same higher-vibrating flow of energy they are connected to. As you do, you are (hopefully) gaining more information, insight and skill or know-how relative to something you are interested in. Additionally, you are connecting with the energy that your hero is connected to and law of attraction sees this new energy in you and then shifts what you attract and your experience.
