For Those of You Who Would Like More Money & Personal Power

Highly Successful People are Most-often Authentic

One of the things that happens when you have money is that you are less attached to outcomes, because you know that you are capable of attracting what you want, whether it is more money or an experience.  For this reason, successful people clearly know who they are and what they want; they don’t compromise when expressing that. You can say that they create their own outcomes.

This puts them in a position of person power. They are focused in their being and doing. They say it as it is, no cushioning attached.

The interesting part is that even if this may be seen as rudeness and lack of consideration of others, people end up admiring this refusal to bend who they are in order to please others. As a result, successful people more often than not, get their way because people cooperate with them. They aren’t really rude, they are focused and are not expending energy trying to walk on egg shells around others.

Here’s the paradox:

People become successful because they genuinely believe in themselves. They look into themselves more and more often, gaining clarity about what they want and who they are. This also increases their momentum and their ability to attract the successful or abundant life they prefer. In other words, they make themselves more magnetic, making it easier to attract the life they prefer. Even as things start to work out more and more for them, they remain focused on themselves, on who they are and what they want.

I love observing this contrast between authentic personal power, or the ability to be who you are, and Ego that tries to mimic personal power by being pushy and arrogant. The difference to me is that the former is about Self (your authentic, connected-self) and the latter is about dominating others. Hence the different outcomes they create.

Hence the ability to attract people who cooperate and help them.
